CELIAC DISEASE AND INTOLERANCES

Please notify in advance and in writing at the time of booking any intolerances and/or allergies and/or particular diets. Otherwise, we do not accept no liability.

Regarding celiac disease, I would like to clarify that we DO NOT have a fully equipped kitchen, therefore, although we have never had some problems with celiac customers, I CANNOT guarantee absolute non-contamination. WE ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THE “AIC”.

We ask You to communicate all this in advance in order to equip ourselves in good time with what is necessary. It is absolutely not a problem to agree with the customer to know which particular foods to buy, where possible.

Check-in in room: from 12:00 p.m.

During the Summer Jamboree period or during special events, there may be some delays and we apologize as of now.

If our customers wish to stay beyond this time, the payment of the extension will be agreed, whenever possible.

• The kind guests are asked to respect the meals times to ensure the respect of other guests and to fully enjoy food just come out from the kitchen.

• Also, if we are warned in time, we will not report earnings uneaten meal.

• New arrivals of the day will be able to take advantage of lunch on the same day, if their arrival is before 12:00, and dinner, if their arrival is before 7:00.

• For guests who are not staying at the hotel: Breakfast: € 8,00 Lunch: € 25,00 Dinner: € 25,00 (excluded Ferragosto, 15 August)

MENU

• Food with double choice of fish or meat dishes on the menu every day (both for lunch and dinner). The portions are offered in the right dose, in order to satisfy everyone, but there is a possibility to ask another portions. It is possible a third option for children and/or for some particular necessities: the dishes will be agreed based on the customer's needs and the availability of the kitchen. The lunch and dinner totals for the following day are delivered to the kitchen on the evening of the same day, after which it will no longer be possible to make changes.

• Sweet and savory breakfast buffet: bread, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, butter, cereals, yogurt, fruits, jams, honey, chocolate and hazelnuts cream, hot drinks and fruit juice

• Buffet (both for lunch and dinner): side dishes and starters both raw and cooked

ROOMS AND CLEANING

The change of linen and towels is made every TWO nights, included arrival night.

Our Dear Guests can respect Nature by helping to reduce the consumption of detergents, water and energy with a simple gesture: leave in the bidet (NOT ON THE FLOOR!) only the towels that really need to be washed. Nature will be grateful to You.

WHAT WE CAN NOT OFFER

The hotel has no parking facilities, but there are both free parking areas and areas with ticket, not guarded and outdoors, to be paid in the immediate proximity of the hotel

We do not accept pets

We do not any foresee entertainment

The hotel has no swimming pool

The rooms DO NOT have a minibar, but we can safely keep any medicines in one of the hotel refrigerators

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel

• To book, we need to have a written confirmation (email) and You need to pay a deposit (bank transfer + sending of the accountant) equal to 30% of the total stay to be paid within ten days of booking confirmation, The balance shall be made on site preferably on the day before departure
